Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. You can change plans anytime from this page. Upgrades take effect immediately and the price difference is prorated. Downgrades apply at your next renewal date, so you keep current access until the end of your billing period.
What happens when my Free trial ends?
Your Free trial ends after 14 days or 20 transactions (whichever comes first). You'll be prompted to upgrade to Standard or Pro to continue using SpendNote.
How does the Pro plan user pricing work?
Pro includes 3 users for $29/month. Each additional user is $5/month. You can add or remove users anytime from Team Settings, and billing adjusts automatically.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds and cancellation are separate. You can cancel anytime to stop renewal, and your paid access remains active until period end. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first paid charge (for accounts with 20 transactions or fewer). Outside that window, unused time is not refunded on a prorated basis.
What happens if I downgrade?
When you downgrade, you'll keep access to your current plan until the end of your billing period. After that, features will adjust to match your new plan.
